Xander has no idea why his dreams have turned so repetitive, sexual and uncontrollable. They’re threatening his sanity and driving his dorm-mate, Seth, crazy. Worse yet, the dreams are more malevolent then they know. People are getting hurt, and neither of them has a clue how to stop it.
Luckily Xander has Seth, and that might be enough to overcome anything–even the commands of a god.

An Excellent MM Dark Romance!💜
MMy Thoughts and Review:
Why did people stop worshipping the Greek and Roman gods? Why did they pass into myth? How about the Norse, Egyptian, and Celtic deities of old? I remember a Christian Pastor once saying that Satan’s greatest victories aren’t found in people believing in him, but when people stop believing in God. I had completely forgotten about that til I read this story. It made me ponder the pantheons of ancient times.
Are those gods and goddesses still there, waiting for us? Have they disappeared into the ethos because of our unbelief? Did they ever exist at all? Just some things for you to ponder.
This story was a dark, erotic tale that I enjoyed very much. I will admit the first few pages of chapter one (after the prologue) confused me a bit, until the story began to unfold more. I don’t want to give too much away, because this is one to be experienced individually, not hand fed or given away through reviews.
The Story is done at a steady pace, like a heart beat. Even the scenes where your own heart speeds up, the pace stays the same. Like a long snake winding its way through tall grass searching out prey, the plot isn’t rushed, neither is the ending. However, I will say, yes it ends with an HEA, although the writers of old romances are writhing in torment in the afterlife. Bwahahahaaa… So we suckers for sap get our happily moment, and the author even gives a nicely gift wrapped epilogue too.
The feel was very “American Horror Story Season 1” meets “Wicker Man” the Christopher Lee version of course meets, “The Lottery.” And while the titles mentioned make you believe the story is unoriginal, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Even when this ends you will remember Xander and Seth and the things they experienced , as well as the other “victims” of the tale.
I loved the characters, and felt for them, even if I wanted to smack them upside the head a few times, like the momma-hen I am. The Author made it easy to embrace them and want to get to the bottom of things right along with them.
The world created came to life on the page and you were there, seeing, feeling, tasting, and hearing everything just as Xander and Seth were. The creepy vibe mixed with the sensual and erotic vibe did wild things to my senses and I gobbled it all up like my most favorite meal!
If you enjoy a lil god/ demon possession with your Gay Romance, give this one a try. And tell Pan I said, HELLo!!
4.75 hell-of-a-god-stars✨✨✨✨•✨
