The Blurb: Harrison is the wheelchair-bound CEO of a mobility charity. With a passion for helping others, he rarely pauses to consider himself or his own needs. It’s far easier to work himself to the bone. It’s hard to admit what he really desires—someone to invest as much time in him as he invests in everyone else.
Kade is a physical therapist, a young man who laughs in the face of the dark side of life. Though he’s had some trouble getting started, Kade’s managed to keep a positive light no matter what. That’s getting harder when he’s all by himself all the time.
When fate throws them in each other’s path at a charity gala, it sends their lives spiraling in a direction neither can imagine. Yet when they realize this is a case of mistaken identity, a steamy introduction turns into a sizzling fight. This contemporary gay mpreg novel is for adults only and is a standalone book that can be read in any order in the series.

MMy Thoughts and Review:
I read my first Austin Bates story in the Spring and have been an avid fan ever since! I got the chance to share with Austin why I love the Mpreg trope so much, and I am so glad he and other authors like him take the time to listen to what we (the fans) like and want in our Romances.
Sweet Emotion touches on quite a few things close to my heart, such as the fact that one MC is in a wheelchair. I also appreciated that while this character had money, he didn’t flaunt it, but rather hid his giving and liked anonymity when he helped others.
I loved the spark between the MCs (Harrison & Kade), when they first met. The mix-up when they meet again was so romantic, even if the night ended much like Cinderella fleeing the castle at midnight. Only, she had not had an outburst with Prince Charming and Kade didn’t lose a glass slipper.
While I did love the story, I was not all that pleased with the narration. Mr. Long read the story like he was in trouble and doing the narration was his penance.
Thankfully, Austin’s story is good enough to get past that so we can enjoy Harrison and Kade finding their HEA.
I received a free copy of this audio book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.💋
